I'm not going to hold my breath for anyone of note joining us in this transfer window.
Im waiting to hear the tried and tested quotes of "Im happy with the squad" and "It is difficult to sign players in January".

No, I don't think we'll be doing any other business other than a few outgoing loans.

Be interesting to see if Sissoko is up for a game tonight after his slow improvement over the past few appearances.

well worked goal there, although it seemed a bit weird where everyone stopped ..

Vertonghen has a bit of a dirty streak in him at times.

What are we trying to do with our corners tonight? Absolute waste.

So far, same old, same old. Gave away soft early goal, got back into it and proceeded to dominate without actually creating any clear chances.

Kind of fed up saying that when we go forward we need to be more decisive and quicker with a final ball. At this time I wouldn't bet against either team coming up with a winner out of nothing.

that was rather a spectacular miss but you can see how far his left foot sunk in to the turf though so it's understandable

If Kane had gone for placement rather than power he'd have scored.

I can see Dembele getting sent off if he isn't careful...

Sissoko hasn't been that bad overall. Could be justifiably frustrated at being pulled again.

I wish someone would remind Eriksen that the last corner he whipped into the box we scored from FFS!!

Good win. Certainly not without the usual niggles, but can't complain at 4-1 away. Keeps us well in touch with the top 4 and opens up a 10 point gap between us and 7th as well which is good.

Much better 2H but Soton ran out of steam after pressing us so much. We still need to convert more of our chances though, overall 17 shots but only 5 on target, that's not good enough.

At least Kane proves he's got a sense of humour

He has been steadily improving for the last few games. The best reaction to critcism really, fair play to him. I hope he can keep it up.

Let's hope we can keep the winning habit. I did feel a tad sorry for Southampton last night as the ref ruined any chance of them being competitive against us. Alli and Rose had very good games.
