Hey Guys

Why is your team playing great when you know if you beat Chelsea then Arsenal will still have the record of Most consecutive wins in the Premier League
My husband just mentioned that. It's an unfortunate consequence but one worth these 3 points.

Indeed. I think him and Kane both suffered confidence issues from the euros embarrassment. He is over that now.
Yeah England will do that for a player ! Long forgotten now.

Little Winks for strong Dembele. Hope that doesn't backfire.

Fantastic performance and result. Congratulations all round. We played the perfect game tonight, and I was impressed with our composure in the second half when histotically we get the jitters. 100% deserved and Chelsea had no answer.

Fantastic result and brilliant atmosphere tonight at The Lane. On nights like this you feel so proud of the team and it makes most of the tough matches worthwhile. COYS!

Up into third place and with a healthy looking goal difference. Well done Poch and the team!

Agree JW, that was Brill.
Just need some of the other teams to beat Chelsea and it's game on. Let's hope Leicester can beat them on the 14th. How do you feel about wanting Leicester to win?

Arsenal and Chelsea share the record.
They both share the record for consecutive wins in a season. But Arsenal hold the record for most consecutive wins over two seasons

Oh i think Chelsea can have that one

They're away to Liverpool and at home to Ars*nal at the end of the month so they can drop points then ..

Reading just now that apparently we've never lost a london derby under Poch. Won 8 and drawn 4 as it stands.

What I said was actually slightly wrong to be fair because I misread it. Apparently we haven't lost a premier league london derby at White Hart Lane under Poch.

The full record of London Derbies since he was appointed is P23, W10, D7, L6.

Chelsea played filthy yesterday constantly knocking in to Spurs and pushing them over on purpose. The face of Chelseas manager at the end was priceless, he looked like he wanted to cry!

Impressive

Since his debut for Spurs in Aug 2015, Dele Alli has more goals in all comps (20) than Ozil (17), Barkley (16), Mata (16) & Hazard (15)

Dele Alli in the Premier League:
52 games
20 goals
10 assists

and interestingly blamed the loss on Chelsea playing below par in the Sky interview after the game.

Can we all look at the lge table in may
and the honours list (basically who won what)
before we all start patting ourselves on the back.

If we're mentioned there at all I'll be surprised.

Can you see wanyama, winks & sissoko lifting trophies? Honestly?

I suppose we're primed to spurs it up on sunday against villa after such a good performance last night.

While i'd want us to take the competition seriously, I also think we should be looking to give some of the squad players a run out to keep them match ready, especially since the europa league games are also on the horizon.

Winks from the start maybe and maybe N'Koudou as well (if he's not been hidden in a cupboard somewhere ).

Nothing too drastic though as i'd certainly like us to progress.

I would be happy to have SERIOUS run at the Europa League but for that to happen I would gladly lose on Sunday- there is NO WAY Tottenham have the resources to have an FA Cup and Europa League run as well as trying to get a top 4 finish
