This lot are the least well known but the MOST confident...

Well thats how it appears to me.....no, I'm not talking about the new 'pros'...although it may well apply to them too, apart from the leo de caprio lookalike.
The 'stars'...most of them didn't half seem to fancy themselves or their chances or both...I excuse the gymnast and ed balls (he knows he's going home soon anyway).
There is confidence and arrogance...most of them seemed to fit into the latter category.....yes?

Weren't you the one who opened a thread saying the line up was "pants" when only five celebs had been announced?

I rest my case...

I'd say they're the most relaxed contestants we've had. Lot's of humour and enthusiasm without seeing it as the be all and end all. Most of them have jobs and don't need this to reboot their careers.

And also how incorrect it turned out to be.

I couldn't give a monkey's how well known or celebrated they are. For all I care they could pop into Hyde Park in June and round up the first 15 passing strangers. All I care about is that they make the effort and ideally have some aptitude for dance.

I don't know who several of this bunch are, Laura who? The good looking boy with the open shirt? Some camp geezer who may or may not be a judge? Daisy someone or another? ..whatever. It doesn't matter if they work hard and master the dances. From what I saw they are a good line up with no obvious duffers or comedy turn.

I am a happy bunny.

Unfortunately, Anton's probably going to go down the comedy route with Lesley, which is a shame. She won't have the stamina of the younger and fitter celebs, but that doesn't mean she can't learn to dance properly, only it won't happen with Anton as per pro partner.

I'm thinking more along the lines of idiotic, personally. But if you clearly think your own thread was 'memorable' then looking in a nice shiny mirror might help show you where the real arrogance comes from.
