I've had a three home signal for a number of years, but over the last few months (well 6+) I've noticed it's actually pretty unreliable. In particular this has been because I've been making/receiving more phone calls

- During calls sometimes the call will just terminate (not always, sometimes after 20 minutes, othertimes within 1)
- Incoming calls sometimes don't ring.

This seems to affect both
- iPhone 6s+
- Nexus 5

I have reported to three in the past, moved/recabled the unit but never managed to eliminate the issue.

As it happens coverage in my home seems slighly better than previously - I was loosing coverage downstairs, but this is less common now.

My son also uses his nexus at another location with a home signal and a similar issue.

Note the network connection is rock solid. BT Infinity 2 with approx 35/7 Mbps, very little jitter, connection stays up for months, though of course the wonderful BT HH5a is in the mix.

Anyone else?

Yes my experience has been pretty much the same as you, so much so that I have unplugged the signal box and no longer use it.

My biggest annoyance was that often incoming calls would not ring but go straight through to voicemail, despite the phone showing full signal and green light on the signal box. Phone is a Galaxy S4.

The one I have is the (2nd version?) black NEC one.

I have had this issue on a few occasions, with it going straight to voicemail though doesn't bother me too much as it doesn't happen too often and don't use my phone for a lot of calls. Its also the black NEC one.
