Robert and Oksana are on the One Show talking about Saturday's dance - they are going to be a moth and a butterfly and part of the dance at least is in the air on wires.

I'm looking forward to watching this on Saturday!

Oksana's dress was shown on ITT and it looks amazing. Missed them on The One Show unfortunately.

Maggie, this Twitter user has recorded a bit of the One Show where they talk about the dance. It's not the full interview but it gives you a really interesting part of it.

Thanks for the YT clip sunshine. I couldn't get the Twitter link to play. So, flying ...

Robert made ma laugh about waving. They've made their bid for Blackpool too.

Judge Rinder is completely different to how I expected him to be.

I love to see him every week because he just throws himself into every dance as if he's loving every minute of it, and his enthusiasm rubs off on the audience. When he comes on you know you will be entertained. He and Oksana are Fab-u-lous.

It's Oksana's birthday today! Hope that's an omen for a great dance tonight.

I hope so! They were given the death slot so I voted them around 10 times. Liked the routine very much. It wasn't executed perfectly but Robert is so athletic and he was strong!

I voted for them 6 times (and 3 for Greg!) I thought it was a great dance. Finally Robert got to do something serious and dramatic rather than a comical routine and he really delivered. You're right Maggie, his athleticism really suited the dance. Oksana looked absolutely beautiful and I think she got the best costume of the night and well as putting together some stunning choreography.

Fabulous to see them in the top half of the leaderboard for the first time as well.

Forgor about their vote placing - yes, it's great to see them achieve 32.

Well done to Robert and Oksana this evening! Really enjoyed seeing him do a more dramatic dance.

They always get all my votes. I think this was his best dance, technically, and not overtly comedic. Except for Robert's moth cape (that got a bit in the way of the dancing) I think they both looked great in their costumes and make-up. Some of the others were not so smart (or lucky) with the costumes and make-up and looked dreadful and/or unrecognisable.

Watched the dance again on YT and it's better than on first viewing. There is no camp in it despite Darcey's comment about his pout.

Only enjoyed three performances tonight & this was one of them. A few missteps from Rob but well deserved highest score, IMO. The outfits & make up were brilliant.

They missed a trick there by not having Oksana Platero dressed as Harley Quinn as she's the one that resembles Margot Robbie the most.

Woohoo! Delighted that Robert and Oksana got through again tonight. Before the series started, I was expecting some verbal fisticuffs between Robert and Craig, but tonight on Len's Lense Craig was very complimentary about Robert's dance. I also loved that there was a cheer from the audience after Craig's comments about Robert rather than the usual polite applause.

There is something so compelling about Robert Rinder. I love his speech pattern and clarity of vowels - oh yeah, he is also a cracking dancer. I would like to see him and the beautiful Oksana lift the trophy at the end. I'm not bothering to vote for anyone but them now.

Robert dancing a QS this weekend to It Don't Mean a Thing (If it Ain't Got That Swing) - really pleased by the music, which will be excellent for a QS.

There's some really nice stuff in this article about how Oksana is teaching Robert to count when dancing. It seems to be a real breakthrough for him.

Wow!

So beautiful. Fluid panel skirt with a split and then beautiful bodice decoration art-nouveau style. She'll look beautiful and Robert is going to be in classic tails.

Wasn't it gorgeous?! And finally, they have a straight dance without playing "characters".

I'm really excited to see their dance on Saturday!

Ditto. He needs to sort his frame according to Ian and his pout according to Darcey but I believe he can do both. Looking for elegance and a classy classic style that announces they are contenders for the final.

Hi All!

How is it going here in Rinderworld?

I have to say I'm a bit worried. I know the footage they show on ITT is always from the beginning of the week but he looked like a bit...wonky. I wonder if he really won't have any props or theming, I'm curious.

In the snippet, Oksana said she was confident. I am happy with that..........and delighted that at last we have got rid of the comedy and props......as long as he doesn't throw a one handed cartwheel in it I think it could be lovely.....and the chance for them so really show off!!
