To be fair, this surgery might not have cost her anything. The Sun and the clinic that did the operation may well have covered the cost between them.
The Sun gets the story and surgery pics, the clinic in Turkey gets a namecheck and promotion in the UK.

Occam's razor.
It's highly unlikely that he's going to say something so offensive (that was very obviously going to make Lateysha go batshit and cause drama in there that he'd have to deal with the aftermath of) that was fabricated.
The logical answer is that he said it because it was how he felt.

I'll preface by saying this , I was glad Jason won.
He was using his honesty and his perception of how horrible that repulsive Layetsha is. Which, he was perfectly entitled to do.
I agreed at the time and am happy to see my opinion of her, made at the time of her appearance on BB, has been correct.
She's just repulsive and not very bright. Her undergoing unnecessary surgical enhancements just proves me and others right.

I actually didn't mind Lateysha. Yes, her eviction made fantastic TV, and it was refreshing to see the Top Dog leave in such undignified circumstances, but she didn't strike me as a bad person. Vacuous and attention-seeking yes, but ultimately harmless.

Doctors here probably wouldn't agree to fat transfusions from such a widespread area all at once as it can cause toxic shock and even death. Lateysha is a mother and shouldn't be risking her life in Turkey for such a frivolous operation. She looked okay before.
