That is fun, incidentally I caught the end of The One show tonight and Madness sung at the end promoting their tour.

Scritti for me everytime - I still have a huge crush on Green's voice after all these years

I was lent this 12 inch whilst at 6th form college by a friend. Oh boy did he miss this vinyl.
We lost touch whilst going our separate ways after college (many miles apart).
I cherished it and then I gave it back to him after university (had to fight to try and find him again) and we've been together ever since.

Have you ever lent a beloved record only to never see it again ?

Only just scraping into the 1980's (Aug 1980) Maddy Prior (usually of Steeleye Span) released a very strange song called "Wake Up England"

Bulletproof Heart by Fingerprintz: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFGh_QuHw5A (co-written by Jim Kerr)

They reformed as The Silencers in 1986 and rereleased the track on their 1991 album "Dance to the Holy Man," but not such a good version IMO.

Oh yes, that was a beautiful song. And I recall her being very striking looking.
