Bit of an uneventful week but doesn't sound awful.

I wonder if Sharon's discovery could mean another return for Grant? Or are this weeks episodes Grant's final episodes in his current 3 week stint I wonder?

He's really showing what the programme is missing.

I agree, it has been great having Grant back. I really hope EE manage to persuade Ross Kemp to return for a longer stint, a 6 month stint would be amazing but with Kemp's commitments with Extreme World this seems at the moment unlikely, but I'm hoping Ross Kemp will want to cut back on his round the world trips and settle down back to acting again. One can dream

I'm guessing from the spoiler for Monday means Paul's killers get caught? So Ben and Jay must be back safely in the Square? The One Direction rejects that kidnapped them obviously had no direction!

And yes, agree with the comments regarding Grant. A longer stint would be great if he could be persuaded and they give him decent material to work with.

The only reason for that nasty sociopathic bitch McBeale to go outside is to be transferred in a prison van to her prison cell

The Whitney/Lee and Carter stuff sounds dull.

It would be great if Jane goes out and gets pelted with rotten fruit.

She's probably been snooping through other people's post again.

Carters - Yawn. When will they leave?

Everything else sounds pretty decent, but not great for the time of year. September is supposed to be an eventful month for EastEnders?

Then again, I'd rather they focused on improving the weekly quality, rather than having annual big episodes/months, which make the show contrived and forced.

Sounds like a fairly decent week apart from the repetitive sounding Mitchell stuff. It will be refreshing to get a bit more focus back on the Carters but I hope the storyline with Ollie isn't just going round in circles and that we actually have some confirmation this time as to whether or not he has brain damage.

I'm surprised Les and Pam are hanging in there, I thought this week or next would be their final week.

Cue another week of Mick storming out of rooms; Linda telling anyone who will listen about her feelings; long chats in the bedroom about their boring kids; and a family party to cheer everyone up.

Sounds okay but still feels like we are treading water a little bit. September is usually the time for some big new storylines to start and it's what we desperately needs atm.

So you guys want Ross Kemp to stay, just weeks, after most on here called him Wooden, how he has become a crap actor, double standards.

There is no way Ross would ever return for a longer stint, he has moved on, and bettered himself.

I don't think what people are saying about Ross Kemp in contradictory, I found him wooden at first for this return but as he has got back into it he has settled back in to acting well and I'm enjoying his scenes now. I too would like to see him back but appreciate he prefers his other work.

The week sounds fairly dull to me unless Sharon finds out something massively dramatic, I'm wondering if it's going to be something to do with Denise.

I'm really going to miss Les and Pam, there was such scope for them both and I think their chemistry is fantastic. After everything that's happened I hope they have a happy exit.

Think this is Les and Pam's last week as well as Buster's. I'm also wondering if Phil collapses with a bleed on the brain caused by the blow he received from Simon when Ben and Jay were kidnapped and Louise finds him and tries to hide it from the rest of the Mitchell's on Phil's say so. I'm probably totally wrong but there must be a reason why they showed Phil going of for a CT Scan and mentioning the possibility about his Liver not clotting and the damage it could do to Phil's brain and after all Phil has to have a near death experience every other week nowadays.

I'm surprised that Buster is going to be around until week 38...that seems to be his last one. Thought his last episode was gonna happen a few weeks ago.

Maybe Shirley kills him and keeps his organs in the fridge for Phil?
