As ridiculous as it is, she was completely irrelevant before she got back with Phil, maybe as well as viewers and TPTB knowing it, the character knows it too.

Not that she is that effective when dealing with Mitchell dramas. Phil even tells her to stay out of them.

Yet another fine DTC mess. I think she feels sorry for Phil as he's ill and cares about him. He'll either die or get the transplant and recover, in which case she can leave and finally be done with this boring cycle. How anyone could have thought this would be entertaining, I don't know.
