I think Ross is now over Deborah, its no coincidence that he is now happy and getting with Pete since she left. I just prey that they don't pair them together again.

I don't think he said for definite, he is probably just guessing. Some people have said that Debbie comes back with a new bloke as well.
![]() I hope you're right though, I could not stand Ross when he was with Debbie. |

![]() I think it more than likely she'll show up with a new man, she likes to do that. I like the idea of Leyla and Pete, if there's something there they could make for an interesting couple. Still can't get over the fact that Carly chose Marlon over a date with Pete. |

Pretty sure he said there'd be fireworks between him and Debbie, but that doesn't have to mean romantic ones.

Pete and Leyla might be ok. I'm with you on Carly, choosing bean pole over Pete was crazy, but not as bad as her saying Marlon was the best she ever had which meant she thinks Marlon is better than Ross in bed.

Going of Marlons spindly arms and legs if he's in proportion Carly probably had a very good time
Even if Marlon has an eggplant, no way he knows how to use it plus there is nothing attractive about him physically or personality wise |

Because we're not supposed to remember that last year Pete and Ross were trying to kill each other over Debbie.
It's baloney, really. I'm hoping this stuff with James means that we'll finally get a decent storyline for them. I'm sick of seeing Ross wasted. Give that man a damn good storyline! [Also Poor Sad Celibate Plotless Finn. I've heard hell might be about to freeze over as well]. Pete has always been dull. But he is nice to look at. |

If I could pair Ross up with anyone at the moment it would be Charity. She thrives off drama and she clearly wants the old Cain back who didn't care about anything and lived life fast. Ross is exactly like that, only with more charisma.

Because - like far too many characters in ED these days, he's had a complete memory wipe from anything that happened more than 6 months ago.

I knew a family where two sibling didn't t speak for 40 years, despite only living a couple off streets away from each otherTHAT' s a feud. Literally, it was only ended by death. The Barton's being all nicey nicey, best mates together, a year after they hated each other so much it nearly resulted in killing, is a bit on the silly side.
Yes I'm sure Andy would be so forgiving to support a poisonous abusive relationship that cost him the love of his life, ah but they changed their minds and decide Katie as the the love of his life anymore, that title belongs to Bernice now, 24 hours earlier than that it was an honour bestowed upon chrissie untill he realised she didn't love him and wanted him to rot in prison. |

No different to the truly scummy Dingles. Zak/Cain, and Chas/Debola, for example.

Pete & Ross were forced together for the sake of Finn and by Finn though, and it's hard not to find some common ground when being forced to do so and they are siblings after all. I have problems with one of my siblings and live by the motto forgive but never forget. |

But they fly off the handle at anything. You can see them falling out big time then forgiving each other within minutes. With Ross and Pete it seems very much like ' forced jollity' and frankly I think scummy, spoiled little Dross would turn on his brother within a second.
And I know how much you love to defend Cain, in spite of your "I know he has done bad things" line you occasionally make. If he kicked a puppy (which would be no surprise, considering that he has killed a pet dog, just to spite its owner), you would still claim that it was all the puppy's fault. |

With Zak and Cain, Cain knew he was in the wrong and Zak felt terrible remorse. Has Dross felt any if these emotions?

That fits with their personalutiies With Ross and Pete it seems very much like ' forced jollity' and frankly I think scummy, spoiled, immature Dross would turn on his brother within a second - he's s quite capable of fratricide. With Zak and Cain, Cain knew he was in the wrong and Zak felt terrible remorse. Has Dross felt any if these emotions?

We have seen plenty of emotion from Ross, we seen it with Donna and with Finn. He also forgave his mum for trying to kill him and let him stay with her.
He has also forgiven Pete for brutally attacking him and leaving him for dead. Hopefully the pair of them will avoid Dour Debbie, when she unfortunately returns. She is so not worth them falling out again. |
