They are lovely and I can hear talent, however, their vocals in this clip are so heavily "studio-fied " that it is impossible to know how much necessity was behind the way the vocals were (skillfully)thickened/pitch corrected/smoothed/evened out, etc. to create this sound.
They are a notch up on the usual type of girl groups that we get on the show. Will be keeping a look out for them, and hope they avoid coming on XF.

Lol.. I know all 3 and they are not on it.. They used to be in the group PYT which is now Skarl3t.. They left PYT and formed their own group New E.R.A .. Then PYT added more members and became Skarl3t..

just so you know.. What you hear on the YouTube clip, is as they sound.. Nothing digitally enhanced.. Just as they sound..

If they were in the show then they should win it in my view. Just tremendous.
Just watched the clip of them and they are good, but they're not that good. I like their style though and I'd love a group with this sort of look and a different kind of sound. I loved Miss Frank a good few years ago. They were different, they were unique and all could sing really, really well. The thing is though, different and unique doesn't do well on this show as the show hasn't a clue what to do with acts like that. Anyway, back to this group 'New E.R.A'...the best girl is the one who sings second (Renatta), she's got an amazingly deep and husky tone. Ebony seems to be pushed as the lead from the videos I've seen, but her voice isn't the best. The other girl Amy doesn't have that great a voice at all.
