RIP Prince Buster
Reggae Legend Prince Buster has died aged 78 the man behind One Step Beyond, Madness and some of the genre's most endearing early hits.
http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/prince-bust...ies-78-1580417 Regarded as Jamaica's first international musical legend, Cecil Bustamente Campbell hailed from Kingston,, having been born on Orange Street – now known as the heart and soul of Jamaican ska, rocksteady and reggae. Without him the group Madness would not have existed. "Buster, he sold the heat with a rock-steady beat" |

As a Madness fan this is terrible news.
For those who may not realise, Madness were named after one of his songs, they would also cover said song, they also covered a little song of his called "One Step Beyond" and their debut "The Prince" was about him. Other than that, they weren't fussed ![]() RIP Sir. |
