He'll take half hour to drink his pint and in the end Mark will still be none the wiser.

Due to budget cuts, this will all be done off screen and mentioned in a passing remark on Monday's episode.”

I bet Grant is a big fan of period dramas.

You made a good point vald and I can see where you're coming from. It's not fair on Mark and Grant, I agree but my issue with this storyline is non-biological parents mean nothing to their children according to the writers. Sharon accepted Gavin as her daddy when the truth was out at Halloween and she called him 'Dad'. Den was her real father who raised her, nurtured her, fought for her and adopted her. Mark has a loving family in USA and Tim seems like a nice chap and he has accepted Mark as his son. It's Michelle's fault for lying to Mark and if he discovers the truth, it will blow his family apart and his entire life will be a lie. Courtney and Grant have alluded to the audience that he's done a terrible job bringing up Courtney and he's not father material but I don't know if Grant will be a good role model to him.

Grant is a popular character and many feel he has a right to know but I feel differently but having the same opinions would be boring, in my opinion

I don't care about Grant TBH. For all I care Mark can reject him out of hand. It's the sibling relationship I'm interested in. Mark and Courtney deserve to know the truth. They are the innocent victims in all this.
