Sean is now the official Excuetive Producer of the show- his work apparently now being shown.

I respect the fact that he does not use social media like his predecessor but with seven cast exits already announced and possibly more, returns and of course new characters - we have heard next to nothing from the Man himself on his vision and plans for the show!

I'm surprised there has been nothing. He has been giving interviews regarding The Archers trial in recent weeks but it seems EE is off limits.

All we know so far is the characters he has axed, Lee, Pam, Les, Ronnie and Roxy and that Kim has a big storyline coming up. Which doesn't really tell us much other than no one is safe from the axe and Kim must be one of his faves.

I guess he is still probably making his mind up of storylines, the characters he is keeping on, all the crew etc. Until everything is sorted I suppose he can't really give an interview if there is still uncertainty about the show. I guess we'll hear something before the end of the month though.

Ronnie and Roxie were not axed, they decided to leave. That aside, i do wish he would address fans about the show and give them some indication of his ideas. Its the fan that keep the show going.

Mixed reports about whether Ronnie and Roxy were axed. But both actresses have said "they were approached for an exit story", so it doesn't sound like the decision of them leaving was 100 per cent their idea. Neither Sam or Rita have implied they specifically went to SOC to hand their notice in. It was purely him who did it for them.

Agreed. I thought that Rita would be at EE for many more years. She seemed very comfortable at EE.


We also know that there is more to come between Denise and Kush. Davood Ghadami said so in his recent Inside Soap interview.
