So the show's quality is dependent on one storyline and one character?

The show is in a bad place at the moment but it doesn't need to be that way if they put the effort in that they've done these last two episodes. Bit surprised at your negativity, Sorcha.

Shame both the wedding and funeral happened off-screen.

There are so many other characters that should have got the boot instead of them.

I'm glad Dot saw sense. I'm sick of the fact we're confined to the Square only due to the BBC cuts. We pay a licence, we should get our monies worth? Don't help as well, we had a Culture Secretary who spent the licence fee money on prostitutes.

Dot went to the wedding.

So should Natalie return, Sonia will go straight again. It would be predictable.

Babe, Lauren, Shaks and Carmel should all be axed.

I now want to see a Pam and Christine love scene.

We really don't need Christine, how bizarre.

They need character driven drama all the time.

Grant also adds something to the show that was missing imo

I'm not usually negative in all fairness

Are we seeing Priority moments between Grant and Courtney

This is the episode of acceptance. Dot accepting the gay marriage and Pam is going to accept Christine.

I hope Courtney and Mark are given the chance to return. So much potential with both of them and both are legacy characters. The show needs more characters who connect the past with the present.

Agreed. I always found Tanya and Abi convincing as mother and daughter too.

Is that all Courtney is taking to Portugal?

Nice moment between Grant and Courtney.

For a second, I thought Mark would show up.
