Is it really only me seeing this, or aren't ED Belle's phantom Ellie and CS Bethany's bully one and the same person?

My parents thought the same thing, the girls look alike but I think its different actresses

Just surprised that no-one else has commented - funny to have the same sort of nasty character played by such similar actresses....
