Well, no. You can donate a portion of your liver to someone, if you are a compatible donor.

a portion of his liver can be donated - your liver regenerates itself anyway, the only organ to do this. I wish brain regenerated itself also as I mind myself forgetting things these days lol

Why has the possibility of a live donor transplant been mentioned before? Surely the hospital would have asked blood relatives if they were willing to donate and tested those willing to help for a match?

If William was the only match it would have been better, very controversial. Maybe Ronnie or Roxy give theirs and die of septicaemia. |
