The article goes on to cite Scarlett Moffatt as a potential exception to the rumoured new rule, but I'd argue that Gogglebox, for which she's most well known, is not a reality show in the sense that I understand the term.
But back to CBB - it's been a constant refrain here over the past few years that most people have never heard of half the HMs, so this might go some way to addressing the issue.
