Ever since James appeared on CBB, I've thought that Ch5 was going to give them a reality show in the vein of 'Life with the Jordans'.

I don`t for one minute totally believe the BS about the Karen and Ola "bullying" debacle , they worked in a highly pressurised environment, routines need to be learnt, tempers and frustrations will flare up, arguments will happen and Yes, I think they did argue but if the ‘She screamed something in my face. It was a vile threat, although she denies it.’ line is true then surely Karen would at least have been reprimanded and she certainly would not have been invited back if she is / was that nasty. I bet you anything others have come to blows in those training rooms. And I`m sorry but the bit about she doesn`t know how it was leaked to the press , the Jordans know how the system works , they are playing it now !

The excerpts really make James and Ola out to be injured parties who were the target of "bullying" , after watching James on CBB I don`t for one minute think they were the meek and mild bullied pair, James has a lot to say for himself and Ola, and to be fair in the world of dancing and stage it is , sorry can be a catty , cut throat business and so none of the back stabbing , back biting and arguing surprises me

I would imagine that the base line is true enough - Ola and Karen had a bit of a hand waving joint hissy fit - the rest will be open to interpretation (notice that Ola lets it be known that Karen said something she can't repeat because Karen denies it - but still manages to get it out there).

Agree, I think Karen and Ola did have a hissy fit and Ola could write what Karen said even if she denies as Ola states that others were in the room so if Karen wanted to sue surely Ola would have witnesses who could call Karen out ! Some of them no longer appear on SCD so they would have nothing to lose .

The Karen 'bullying' story is old news now. What I suspect really happened is they had a minor disagreement, and Ola thinking she was the hugely important star took it personally. I'd imagine that kind of pettiness is fairly common in the dancing world, she needs to get a grip. We all know who leaked the story to the press by the way...,.

By the way, Kevin and Karen have just set up their own dance school for kids. Something James and Ola could have done if they wanted to keep in classy, but no. Both are deeply unattractive, and Ola isn't half as beautiful as she thinks she is. All hair extensions, caked on make up, and orange skin. She can't hold a candle to Flavia or Oti in terms of beauty

Because, where's the profit in that? I mean, yeah I suppose they must make a fair bit in other ways and doubt that they are struggling to pay bills but a couple on the minor ladder of celebrity aren't exactly in a position of great wealth either. As their connection to their biggest hit, Strictly slips further away it makes sense for them to cash in before too long.

I don't think anyone is daft enough to see with James or Ola as outright victims, especially him, we're not daft we know he's a sh*t a lot of the time and I think that they know that too. We've all worked in places where there has been arguments and x can't stand y and I imagine that the real truth is that both parties said things they shouldn't have.

I wouldn't buy that book but I'd have a sneaky, guilty read if it crossed my path, because I suspect that there is some genuine truth(s) in there even if the writing is more E.L. James than D. H. Lawrence.

Personally it isn't that I don't believe she and Karen had an argument and maybe her version is 100% correct but apologies were made and accepted so it should now be water under the bridge. At the time she said that she and Karen had made up and were fine so why drag it all up again now - I mean right now just before Strictly is about to start again? If she is trying to turn people against Karen she will also be ruining her partners chances which is very unfair. Karen is not and never has been one of my favourites but it's done and over with, let it rest.

I'm sorry but I think Ola and James are selling their souls to the devil. I also think it's a damn shame as they were good dancers, great partners and it's sad to see them wasting those skills and going down this route. I have stuck up for them in the past but over the last 12 months or so I have lost respect for them, they need to stop with the pity party and move on with a little dignity and maturity.

Is this what she thinks people want to know? As often, I agree with Ann_Dancer. An autobiography written with a sense of self-questoning, honest appraisal, and a genuine attempt to understand experience would make a book about Strictly an interesting extension of the show.

Yeah but, it's Strictly isn't it? The audience for, or rather more accurately the buyers of the book for, is gonna be more reality TV fans and the like than those that would trouble the Radio Four book club. They're not going to be after anything too introspective, nuanced and the like, they're more likely to respond to gossip about penis dressing and who hated who (whom?).

Of course there's room for both, and a really great, clever autobiography, like those from say IDK...Rupert Everett could do that combined and be fabulous.

But c'mon.....Does anyone really expect a really great, clever book from Ola Jordan??

Yep, Geordie Shore is pretty much them gaahing oot, getting hammered. arguing, sometimes actually fighting, often um....hooking up and then talking aboot their hangovers, falling outs and who slept with who, the next day. And that's it, Oh, except for the odd spray tan.

It er...used to be a sorta 'guilty pleasure' watch for me at one time.

The big market is Christmas, it is a bit early but the paperback will probably be released before then. There will be sales as people buy it for their husband or father because they know they like Ola. It will be in the cheap books shops after Christmas.

The comment Ola made about Louise Rainbow changing the training VTs to jokey nonsense and the pros losing control of music, costumes, props etc is perfectly valid.

And if Ola couldn't do HipHop, it's understandable, why should she be able to as a Latin and Ballroom dancer?

Ok, it's not well written, and I know I shouldn't be interested, but I want to know who were to two professionals who don't like each other and had the hair dye mix up. Especially as the official line is that Strictly is such a big happy family and they all really love each other

My daughter did dancing from around the age of 4 to 16 and the bitching that goes on amongst the kids (mums as well probably) makes this all highly believable.

So many jobs I've worked in where there are a lot of women and the atmosphere can be toxic, one of the worst was when I was a qualified nurse.

Obviously I'm not going to dismiss the Jordan's account as nonsense either for this reason. Some people really need to get their head out of the clouds and stop pointing the finger in one direction only.

I can well believe there was an argument between Ola & Karen - work colleagues often clash after all - and both sides were probably at fault (I say this as a big Karen fan but nobody's perfect). However, to give such detail about something and say it has been left in the past is just plain nasty. I'm glad that people are seeing through this and realising how bitter the Jordans are.

I just hope that there aren't enough idiots who believe this 'poor me' stuff to affect Will & Karen's chances on this series!

Oh, it's not that I don't think it happened - it's the <rather hilarious> spin that's been put on it that amuses me. Most things boil down to 6 of one and half dozen of another but here we are treated to one sided, whiter than white (baring the red mist) tripe.

Not only that, but insult to injury, it's badly written one sided tripe.

Could it have been Aliona and Katya Virshilas? I think they both started the same year and Aliona went red and Katya went from blonde to brown (I think). I can't remember whether they got on or not, but they're both quite feisty characters.
