This is why they should concentrate on finding UK talent instead of trying to make it into a worldwide talent show.

Usually a criminal record
I don't think so... it is very common for Filipinos to over stay in America.. they know once they go out there's no turning back... so people take the risk... they get black listed. I assume Ivy have stayed in US over her visa expiration... no other reason couldve prevented her entering the country considering Xfactor lawyers are very ecperience with this matter.

I think you'll find that even X factor lawyers cant get around visa problems with the US because quite simply there just isn't time for any legal process!

It could be what you have said but it could also be a criminal record even a minor one, this has happened before with X factor contestants

Or maybe they couldnt process the visa in time for judges house... because this year 6 chairs and judges house seems very quick... unlike last year... 4th impact had a time to go back to philippines to get italian visa...

Ivy is Filipina, but she was living and working in Dubai. I think it had to do with something there.

Won't go far, very decent voice but very much exposed when she attempted "One sweet day" she is good, but her voice alone is not strong enough to compensate for what she lacks for in the overall package. I mean that literally, she is pretty good technically, but her very voice just is not that great to listen to, far too nasal and not a recording artist.
