Should Taylor Swift go for the "Good girl gone bad" image now???

She's starting get a lot of haters and is now known as a "snake" and a smart manipulator. . She's had beef with the likes of Katy Perry, Demi Lovato and Kimye. Her dating history and the Harris/Hiddlestone flings proves she's really no angel. I think it's time for her to have an image change to stay relevant.

Not to go all out Miley Cyrus. But just do something more daring, different and edgier. But even write a song about being a player or something like " don't come looking for love" or I'm the one to blame.

No. She should go back to doing country music. That's where she really shines. As soon as she went down the bubblegum pop route she came across as desperate...and that's exactly what she is seeing as she constantly courts publicity about her relationships, fallouts with other famous people etc. She doesn't come across as a very nice person in my opinion.

There's more chance of Ariana Grande finally changing her hairstyle than Taylor Swift going for a "rebellious" image.

She should go for the quiet life away from the spotlight and the music business, doing the entire world a favour in the process.

LOL. It's kind of sad but she keeps that style cause her hair is busted, big time.

I just don't get it?! It must be seriously damaging for her hair to wear it in a Croydon facelift 24/7

Apparently she did stuff to it when she was young and ****ed it up permanently.

she had to constantly dye it for the shows victorious and sam & cat and now it is pretty messed up.

i agree that taylor needs a bit of an image change, she'd never be able to pull off the slrt of change that rihanna or miley made but she definitely needs to stop with the "i'm the victim" songs and make the production on her songs a little more daring and envelope pushing. she is nearly 30 after all, she can't be writing songs like she's a heartbroken teenager for her whole life.

Well now we kow she's a big fraud. She might as well go for anything she wants.

What makes you think she hasn't just been a manipulator all along?

Of course, she has. As one of her former "bf's" said, "Taylor is always in control". If she thinks she made a misstep with Hiddleston, and I' m sure she does, she will work out another narrative to repair it. And it will be no more real than TAYTO was.

really hoping for a country album from her next, regardless of lyrical content, feel she has proven herself on 1989 and needs to return to her roots for a little. Suspect she won't as 1989 defied all expectations and will want to capitalise on the different fanbase.
A suggestion is perhaps as LBT have done with wanderlust, do a pop album, but also record a country album.

I've tried to listen to her pop-country stuff and I feel like the lyrics are so childish. It's probably great if you're fourteen but not so great if you're twenty four.

I do really like 1989 though, and I really didn't think that I would. I like Red too.

I can't see her going back to pop country. As you say, her management will want to keep going with pop.

I really like Little Big Town's side project,

Now would have been a good (or bad?) time to release Blank Space

Taylor Swift changing her image, who cares she has no place on our radios or TV screens, her material all sounds the same...one word....boring. I would rather stick large pins in my eyes whilst feasting on a platter of cat faecal matter than have to endure another of her so called songs.
