I'm not sure if it was the most X-Rated but the recent Todd & Billy hotel scene is the one I've most enjoyed.

Jane spraying deodorant/perfume up her skirt as she prepared to bed Masood.

My favourite part of the aforementioned Footballers Wives airplane scene was when Tanya branded Conrad by scraping the letter T into his arse using one of her talons. If I remember correctly, that episode ended on the cliffhanger of Amber spotting it and realising he'd been with Tanya. The cliffhanger was literally Conrad's bum.

I agree, it was very uncomfortable viewing, and very well acted with what followed afterwards.

There was a scene in Neighbours from about late 80s/early 90s that I found quite shocking at the time.

A woman (whose name I can't quite recall, it might have been Madeleine or Carolyn, i can't remember) flashed Jim Robinson by appearing from the bathroom in just a towel and dropping it in front of him (and iirc, Todd and Katie as well)!

She had dark hair and eyes and I think she was a journalist or something, trying to find out what had happened to her father who had been wrongly convicted of something. She had dinner at the Robinson house and developed a bit of a 'bunny - boiler type crush on Jim.

Also Shirley accidently flashing her fanny at Alfie!
