Are you on the Gold Master ?
If so, you shouldn't need to do anything as it'll basically be the same thing. One way to do it, I think (although don't quote me ), is to get the IPSW file for the full version that comes out tomorrow then fire up iTunes and do shift + "check for update" and then manually select the IPSW file. It's been a while since i've actually been on the beta when the full version has come out so I can't quite remember what i did. |

That's the Golden Master seed. Providing there's no last minute bugs, it'll be the same version released tomorrow so no need to update.

Having tried some of the previous iOS 10 Betas 10.0.1 is by far the most stable of them all.
Of course that should be expected of a GM release but without tempting fate I haven't stumbled upon anything that would warrant an update tonight around 6pm. |

I wouldnt worry too much, within about a week there will prob be an update when the masses start finding bugs etc, just make sure you delete the profile that you downloaded (if you used OTA to get the beta) and you will be back on the normal updates

Apple will likely release the next beta today or tomorrow, there's usually a release fairly soon after a major iOS update happens.
