I saw this post the other day and tried them tonight. Very nice!

Went with considerably more than the 3 ingredients in the end.
For the patty I had ground (minced) pork and beef, chopped bell pepper, mixed veg, grated cheese, cracker crumbs, 1 egg, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper. Topped it off with sliced onion, carrot, potatoes and a rasher of bacon.
Also had an extra jacket potato done in the microwave on the side and squirted a bit of HP sauce over everything once cooked.
