Unless they are meant to have the antichrist..therefore end times and therefore mummy can go back to silver city
Or better yet, she'll meet her untimely demise.

I'm watching the first series of this on dvd, shame there is only 12 episodes.

Very enjoyable, love Tom Ellis!

Is the 2nd season as good?

Huge improvements all round for S2. I liked S1 but S2 is something else instead, massively better.

Thank you for your reply

Can you tell me how it improves? Without spoilers please?

I can echo this sentiment. S2 is much better.

Can you tell me how it improves? Without spoilers please?
There more humour, more emotion (especially between the angelic family, though also between him and Chloe, and Dan); there's more sympathy for him as the character too. There's also a new character that fits in perfectly with the existing characters; a forensic expert.

All in all, it just feels more complete, and less of a cop show compared to the first series.

As Flash has said, less reliant on the police procedural element, more exploration of the comic book origins of Lucifer, introduction of wider range of characters that feed into that origin story.

It also steps up on humour, use of other characters as the main and secondary focuses, expands into the theological elements of God, the devil etc.
