Chrissie and Bernice ED
I'm pretty scathing about useless actors in soap, so I thought it would be nice to start a thread praising those that pass muster.
I love Chrissie and Bernice. Chrissie because she delivers her sarcastic lines brilliantly, and Bernice, who can also do the same but also does 'scatty' really great. I love Aaron and Robert too, particularly when they're being humorous. Oh and Rhona. And Paddy. I'm sure there's more, and most of them are from Emmerdale. |

When Bernice threatened Chrissie with the clippers I was creased. They both played it really well. I'm not a new evil version of Chrissie fan but I do like Bernice. There's no one on ED that I particularly don't like. I've even warmed to Charity this time and usually she gets on my baps.

![]() There was a point in that scene where Bernice was shuffling around and rambling and the camera stopped on Chrissie's face which was covered in cream with two cucumber rounds....and I just cracked up. Maybe it's just me, but there's some very subtle humour in Emmerdale. |

ED has a good cast on the whole. Mike Parr is great. And the actress who plays Leyla - she can be way better than most of her material as well. |

Emma Atkins is a cracking actress, and plays Charity really well. I'm enjoying having her back way more than I expected.

So many good ones on ED:
Jeff Hordley, Charlotte Bellamy, Zoe Henry, Emma Atkins, Samantha Giles, John Middleton, Thomas Atkinson, Natalie J Robb, Gemma Atkinson are my favourites but there are others who are very good too
