Ben and Jay are the only decent thing about Eastenders. They should've kept Courtney and Mark.

Whitney could have potential if paired with someone with a personality, dull Lee has killed any potential her character has he bought her down to his depressed level..,

Eastenders need a new villain, not someone like Gavin but a character in the Dennis Rickman/Sean Slater mould. That's what I thought Dean was going to be before they completely changed and messed up his character.

80% of the cast could be classified as deadwood. I hope SOC hasn't finished swinging his axe but is just taking time out to sharpen it.

They need to start looking at the burnouts and rest them up.

I think Sean O'Connor will axe the following next-

I actually think the cast is in pretty good shape, certainly in terms of ability and potential. That said, I am beginning to think Masood's story is over as he just seems to be phoning it in these days and Carmel is losing her shine. I have no interest at all in Shakil and Rebecca and Louise was working better for me as a mean girl than a standard teen. I think they all just need better writing though.

they were hardly villains at all ,they were from the " I'm so different than other guys" category but just the same as the others.

the only one with potential is Louise who is a Janine in the making when well written

Denise is definitely deadwood.

Man-Bun, Carmel, Lauren (I can't see Max returning and the character would be better off returning back to NZ), Tina, Kyle (I am starting to think it was a quota thing, but he serves no purpose even if I am glad Stacey has got to know him).

Denise - perhaps get one/both daughters full-time, strengthen the family and she still goes out with Kush then there is potential.

Denise is definitely 'NOT' Deadwood.

I'd only axe Jane and Babe. Send Louise back to her mum til she's an adult and send Sharon and Phil on a nice long holiday after his transplant.

Apparently there is still more to come with Denise and Kush. I'm looking forward to seeing more of them.

Sharon & Phil are iconic characters- they will not be axed.

What about developing the characters we have already got? The actress that plays Tina is a fantastic actress. If you were paired with Sonia you'd be a bit grey! Sonia is the modern equivalent to Pauline Fowler!! Give Tina some decent storylines and allow her to smile again. What happened to the alumnus rave wear? The energy? lol Bring back Zsa Zsa for some drama. Only if it's for a few weeks.

I think now Claudette's leaving we'll probably see the back of the majority of the Hubbard's. I think Donna needs to stay too. Give her some decent storylines. I think it's a shame Pam is leaving. She was a great character and actress.

Am over the moon that Lee is going! He brings a whole new meaning to deadwood. Was just dire from day one! Not sure where it leaves the Carter's. New Johnny has hardly set the screen alight has he?! lol lol 💤💤💤💤

It's sad to see the end of the Masoods as they have been a fantastic family. Shabnam's still birth. Syed's relationship with Christian. Tamwar's scaring after the fire. Every scene with the amazing Zainab!! I hope Masood gets a fitting send off.

I'm loving the Kazeemi's. Carmel's friendship with Denise has finally given Denise some well needed life/spark back!! I'm warming to the youngest son now after the party incident! He's sweet bless him!
