Carphone Warehouse
Does anyone have experience of using CW to buy phone and contract? Would you recommend?
They seem to be able to offer much better deals than buying direct from the network. |

Personally I have never had the problem with the service from CPW & will continue to use them for upgrade purposes if they are value for money. The only thing I don't take from them is their optional Geek Squad service. |

They are in bed with Currys so I would be very cautious (I wouldn't touch them with a barge poll)

The said they would price match any tariff which is a lie. Went in about a deal EE were doing and they refused to do it as the computer said NO! The price match is only on selected tariffs they feel like matching.

Once the deal is done with CW, am I right that you have no more dealings with them and all the customer service etc is done with the network?
