I'll be honest, and I know it's scaled for the area they work in to a degree, it feels a bit harsh to have Tom "West End Leading Man" Chambers and Louis "World, Olympic, European and Commonwealth Medallist" Smith several slots below Chris "stood at the side on Watchdog" Hollins.

Alesha, but Abbey, Chris, Kara, Tom, Caroline & Louis have also done well.
