Not another of these should "insert name here" be axed storylines just because they do something a little stupid.

She took a photo in traffic which was at a stand still. Whilst is maybe against the law its hardly a big crime. I bet the majority of drivers on the road wouldn't be aware that this is against the law, as she didn't.

She's been made aware now and apologised, shame some people want her to lose her job over it though. IF this was anyone other than a celeb nobody would give a damn.

Surely taking your eyes off the road whilst driving and looking towards a camera and singing is more dangerous yet because people will find it 'entertaining', nobody gives a damn. Surely the OP would like to question whether Jamie Borthwick gets sacked too?!!!

This is a very strange definition of a 'scandal'!

If Rita can get away with getting absolutely trollied, driving her car down a crowded pavement, then asking the officer if he "knows who I am, lady", then Tracy can get away with this.

I doubt it, but the actress was certainly doing something that was not only illegal but also dangerous whether or not her car was stationary.
