If you watch the crash again, you will see her head falling off as the mannequin used was not strong enough! How will they explain why she hasnt been back sooner?

This is so awesome! Never really thought they would actually bring Dee back. I bet Dee's return will be the season finale, and we will have 4 weeks to see the resolution.
They surely can't be repeating Harold all over again?
Though its one hell of a coup as I have not watched neighbours in years but I will certainly tune in for this.

This is huge news. It was always a possibility with Dee's body never being recovered but at the same time I never thought it would actually happen.
I cant wait to see Sonya's reaction to Dee's return, she is going to freak out. She was paranoid and jealous when Steph returned this time she's going to come face to face with the ex-wife who Toadie truly loved.
Surely Dee must have effectively faked her own death deliberately not coming forward after the crash, allowing everyone to think she was dead. They cant repeat the Harold storyline with the whole lost at sea and amnesia plot surely?

This is one of the biggest shocking announcements I have ever read and it is one of the massive storylines ever. Dee's death shocked many fans and I honestly can't believe she is coming back. I'm thrilled but I hope it's not similar to Kathy's fake death storyline, however, why would Dee fake her death?
Surely Dee was in essence declared dead. This would have had to be the case for Toadie to marry Sonya. He is basically married to two people atm... or at least he will sort of be when she returns.

Toadie also married and divorced Steph before marrying Sonya. Dee was declared legally dead though so their marriage dissolved. So Toadie has not unknowingly committed bigamy and his marriage to Sonya will be legal and above board.

Well it is Neighbours and they are a bit fast and loose with storylines. What reason would she have to fake her own death? I remember the episode and they were married, left and she was dead all within 20 minutes
but I don't remember the lead up to it. You're right - Sonya will freak.
