Emmerdale:
Zack and Joanie- This might be the worst out of all the soaps, breaking up the show's longest running marriage for this made zero sense especially given that there is no chemistry between the two.

Carlon- Carly is way too good looking and nice to be paired with the whiny bean pole bitch known as Marlon

Ross and Debbie- These two have zero chemistry and made Ross unlikable.

Cain and Charity- IMHO these two just don't work as a couple and I prefer when the HBIC is chasing money instead of men. Cain belongs with Moira

Coronation Street:
Gary and Alya- No chemistry

Leanne and Kal- another couple with zero chemistry

Robert and Tracy- Robert is a complete douche bag and I don't get why Tracy wanted him so bad. She needs to be with someone who isn't trying to change her. Rob and Tony were much better pairings.

Andrea and Lloyd- these two were annoying as hell and I thought they treated Andrea's husband pretty bad.

Hollyoaks

Frindsey- These two were annoying as hell the less said about them the better.

Ben and Sienna- Ben was way too boring for Sienna

Jason and Holly- much like Frindsey these two were really annoying plus I always got a gay vibe from Jason.

David and Tracy (Emmerdale)

Debbie and Ross (Emmerdale)

Zak and Joanie (Emmerdale)

Belle and Jermaine (Emmerdale)

Scott and JP

JP is an every day lad who just fancies guys, he likes football and DJing and normal guys, look at the ones he liked Craig, Loki, Danny, Spike. He never went near chris and hated him self for going with an ott guy

Scott is orange, paints himself blue and has nothing in common with JP, the relationship was purely to make us like Scott, make JP the bad guy, get with poor sweet scott then cheat on him with a guy he hates, then scott takes back the cruel JP and hollyoaks' golden boy helps us learn to love scott, but no one did and hopefully its over

The problem is Scott ruined JP and Ste, and kidnapped babies poisoned his Aunt and is pretty much the most horrid character too appear recently


Scott and Hollyoaks
I hate that hes on the show, with Foghorn and Diane gone he has no reason to be there

Mercy and Loki
This pairing made no sense, people liked Loki and JP, but why are the Mcqueens so appealing to Loki

Freddie and Morticia
Why was he sleeping with mother and daughter? was annoying poor Ellie
Half the village knows now and yet Cindy took the blame

Cindy and Mac
Massively random and unrealistic

their paring wasn't the best but there are worse ones on Emmerdale. I looked at it as a rebound relationship for both of them, they were never going to make it as a long term couple.

Anna and Kevin - no chemistry because we have never really seen their relationship develop.

Eva and Aidan - Corrie's 'glamour' girl and Corrie's 'hunk'. She's too interested in sorting out everyone else's love life and he was too interested in avoiding moving in with her.

Michelle and Steve - Until recently, clever, feisty Michelle regularly lambasted dozy, lazy Steve. Since she got preggers and he got Leanne preggers, Corrie have gone OTT with the smoochy smoochy, kissy kissy routine to show how much they love each other. VOM.

Leanne and Nick - They've been there, done that and got a number of t-shirts. Plot device. YAWN.

Ken Barlow and anyone. He's an old git who couldn't wait to sh@g Nessa until Corrie came to their senses and realised it was too soon after Deirdre's death.

Roy and Kathy - Not seeing the passion, chemistry, love or anything in this relationship.

Dev and Erica - they work together and she rents his flat. What else is there?

Sinead and Chesney - need I say more? zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Pretty much every Emmerdale coupling in recent times. They're all abysmal, the last natural couple was Leyla and Nikhil and before them David & Alicia.

Even the established couples don't work any more. Jimmy and Nicola don't work. Kerry and Dan don't work. They both used to be pretty sparky and convincing. I don't personally think Ashley and Laurel work together any more either, but that's probably not a popular view.

Nope, I'd agree with that - everything feels a tad forced and unnatural now.

Something isn't clicking with the writing team, regardless of what is goin on at the top storyline wise, what's happening on screen is not keeping me engaged. I've missed quite a lot now and I am not overly fussed about catching up.

I'll tune back in for the October week and see how it goes from there.

Steph/Andy- Most boring couple ever
MissHell/Steve- 'Steve so lucky to have her' it's like if they have a lot of people say it, we will start to believe it
Audrey/new fella/Ken- Audrey can do better than Ken, the new fella's wife just died but he moved on pretty quickly same with Ken
Nick/Leanne- How many times are they going to revisit this doomed relationship

Sharon/Phil- Idk if they are still a couple but like most of the woman stuck with Philth they become doormats
Lee/Whitney- Boring
Kathy and her thing with Gavin and Buster, bloody awful
Sonia/Tina- It's like EE just said 'ooh look two lesbians let just make them a couple' without looking at chemistry or anything else.
Jack/Ronnie- Again! Why revisit this crap again

I used to look forward to Ken taking Eccles for a walk to see that woman who lived on the canal. While I frowned at him giving her a good whaling It used to facinate me, and still does to this day, how he managed to get that barge pole in his trouser pocket. I thought it was just me but Eccles had the same look on her face as I did when she looked up at him. It was probably simple math to Ken but it's beyond my comprehension. This is why the government should do something about higher education.
