Three UK (4G) on Note 7

I purchased a oversea note 7 to take advantage of the "Dual Sim" feature, i'm at my house which has "Weak-ish" coverage and it's not picking up any LTE signal, when i'm at work and next to the mast it's picking it up but here it just isn't I placed the sim card into another device this was a "Mi-Fi" and it picked up 3 Bars when I forced it to LTE

The S7 edge picked it up perfectly?

Is it not working because it's a dual sim handset? or is it because the antenna is bad in the note 7?

Just a guess but is the LTE at your workplace band 3 and at home band 20? This would be one exlanation. Three only allow B20 access to certain phones running Three firmware AND Galaxy S6 range, Galaxy S7 range and Note 7 with UK firmware. A dual sim Note 7 wouldn't be allowed on Three B20.

Sorry, I don't have a clue which bands it is, I sometimes seen Vo-LTE on the S7 Edge but since then that's gone to Music Magpie and i've got a Note 7 but it's running a Taiwan firmware it connects to EE (4G) and Three's 4G near my work and can achieve speeds of 60-100meg but whilst i'm at home it just completely gets no 4G signal and when I select LTE Only it just doesn't find a signal. But other devices do such as "Mi-FI" devices and also the previous S7 Edge I can get a signal but I "only" i'm using the term only as a indication to slower speeds achieved speeds of 50-60meg but I only got 3 bars as apposed to been next to the mast.

Samsung UK are replacing the device with a "Safe Model" as the Taiwan are refusing to help me which is fantastic of Samsung UK, but i'm getting worried as i'm thinking because it's working in other locations it might be the antenna strengh is bad in the Note 7 as apposed to the S7 Edge idk...

It will be optimised for Taiwan so it won't give as good reception performance as a UK model. I think you are best getting shot.
