Back in 2012 the so called psychics were predicting that Obama would not get a second term. Well clearly he did. However as always these charlatans changed it so that Obama would not complete a second term.

Since the time is drawing near I thought I would check up on what these idiots are saying now.

I came across this terrifying video predicting terrible things to happen by 2017

I say relax. It is just more undiluted nonsense.

You can be sure that come 20th January 2017 someone whose name begins with a D will be sworn is as the next US President.

Do you think Obama will finish his term of office?

I think he'll read De Sade's 120 days of Sodom.

One part per day should fill a month or so. Then golfing for the rest.

Yes he will finish his term. I also predict he will take some momento from the Oval Office when he leaves, possibly but not limited to a pen, a paperweight, or a waste paper basket he's taken a shine to.

Best President this century after Jeb Bartlett, yes i know he's fictional but if Trump becomes President we might as well be living in a fantasy world anyway.

You clearly do not live or work in the states because if you did you would take a different view, 8 years of failure are ending likely to be filled by 4 more years of failure whoever gets the gig come November.

I don't live or work there either but I'm sure many Americans would agree with the original statement.

"Best president this century" apart from the fictional character that was mentioned means he'd only have to beat George W. Bush and the last 3 weeks of Clinton. That's if we take the start of the century to be January 1, 2001 and not 2000 like many people think we should. Clinton probably did nothing significant during that period so we can ignore him and reduce it down to Bush vs. Obama.

Whether they're right or wrong to do so, plenty of Americans would view Obama more favourably than Bush. Looking from the outside in, I'd say it would likely be the majority of them at this point in time.

Thank you. I didn't think my comment was that hard to understand

Are there any presidential terms not deemed "a failure"?

I live in the states and I don't think that at all. Glad we came out of a recession, glad for healthcare changes, glad no major war.

Oh I don't know, they've now had 78 months of economic growth, that's no mean achievement and it's a record

I'm sure there are many sites that list all the bad he's supposedly done, but if we are looking for positives, these are a few.

If there is a big enough crisis, the US election can be put back meaning Obama stays in power a little longer. Would have to be big tho, such as war, economic meltdown, aliens landing on the front lawn of the whitehouse.....

Obama has been a good president, brining economic growth with him. He had also been somewhat kinder to the rest of the world with regards to war mongering than many of the others.

I shudder to think what will happen when killory gets in, the people of Iran are doomed

Obama always seems like a peaceful presence. The Democrats should have gone out on a limb and risked Bernie Sanders.

Interesting how we are all supposed to come together as one now that the election is over. Trump is President, they say. Yes he is and i'll treat him exactly how most Republicans treated Obama for 8 years.
