No spoilers, but can anyone watching on Irish tv confirm if it is any good?

I thought it was terrible. I really liked the first series, back when it was a crime drama.

Is this dross only on BBC Norden Irlan' ? As I can;t imagine it being of good enough standard to be broadcast across the UK.

From a seriously piss*d ROI resident who wishes we had no NI regional crap.

It's a BBC and RTÉ production and is shown across the U.K. on the BBC and RTÉ in Ireland. I'm sure those in the North of Ireland are happy to have their regional content.

Looking forward to this because Krister Henriksson is in it this time!

My only gripe is it will clash with Hunted so I will have to decide which to watch live and which recorded. Probably this as my friend and I always pcik over Hunted on Friday mornings!
Wow, wow, wow! Absolutely love Krister so will definitely be watching, even though I agree with other opinions about season 2 being inferior.

Not enamoured with Jamie Dornan at all; is he always so wooden? That said, his character is a psychopath who, despite masquerading as a grief counsellor, obviously lacks empathy. I just struggle to see how his wife and kids ever came to build a loving family home with him when he gives so little away all the time, even around his wee girl.

I've seen the first episode and did not like it at all. Hopefully there is better to come but it could take several episodes to get to it.

I'll be tuning in to see Gillian Anderson whisper and stare into the middle distance for an hour

Should have ended after series 1

I also find her whispering and dreamy gazing into the distance highly irritating, but I will be watching to see how the story continues.

I can't wait, the last 2 series had me hiding behind cushions and screaming on the edge of my seat, can't wait for 9pm.

I wonder if the script had instructions to read every line breathlessly

I remember the bit where a ceiling gave way and flooded somewhere that was being searched....that was the point where the series lost it for me

Let's hope he dies soon. I was begging for it by the end of the first series.

I agree! A bit too much medical focus and chat so far.

Is this a surgery documentary or a cop drama?
