Jamie and Roger...Roger can sing, and like his hair
Jamie is a tad suspect in voice, and they got through. Wasn't shown on the main show!

I've finally seen one of those new Nationwide adverts! Now I know what everyone else was on about yesterday.

Groups in one row, all got through including James. Didn't think much of that colourful group of 5 though

6 chair challenge next week, and might be able to watch it if we get back in time
![]() Her vocal sounds very thin, and that end Rylan's show thankfully, and I've got a headache! |

I was struck upon second listen by how much they enhance every vocalist/boost sound....except Nate, who clearly doesn't need it. If you really listen, (or have any engineering background at all)you will hear what i mean, as in, non projected vocals enhanced/shouted instead of projected vocals smoothed (not saying others weren't good, too) sound louder than Nate belting with great dynamics, yet his voice has a fullness no amount of studio trickery can compare to or compete with. That is why he sounds like true oldschool. Like Nate, they didn't need all that. The mark of a truly great singer is to sound good dry (no delay/verb/enhancements)and Nate is that rare one who can.

Girls: Caitlyn, Gifty
Overs: Samantha, Peyton Boys: Matt, Ryan, Christian There is some talent there. They really need to work on the Groups though. Despite their attitude problem, Skarl3t were talented. EDIT: He Knows She Knows are quite good too. |

Many of the best singers were given no air time in the bootcamp episode. Of those who were, I loved Gifty, Peyton, and Anelisa.Matt did well, too, and I finally heard something in Niall's tone that was as good as his Youtube videos. Loved all of them.

They didn't like the song choice, and just because Simon thinks it's a classic to torture us with every series doesn't mean they want to as well.
