Ruby Allen in EE. Did that girl ever smile? She just seems to wander around with her gob hanging open in mild astonishment most of the time.

Also Joey Branning, who had the personality of a wet mop and would insist on always looking over his shoulder before speaking.

I agree with you - I found her so irritating. Others for me are:-

Sally Fletcher - Home and Away. Everything about her just annoys me. (Cue posts along the lines of - you're joking, she's the best H&A character ever, etc)
