FFS I thought that was true for a minute!
I thought she'd end up killed off tbh, this new boss has done a Tina on her, made her overused as **** and as unlikeable as possible. I thought Maria was better as a suppoorting character tbh at least she was actually likeable

What has Maria done recently to make her unlikeable? She's allowing Caz to stay out of kindness, and was understanding about the kiss and didn't overreact.
She hasn't been hounding Aiden after their lapse - his behaviour's been much worse than hers. Maria seems quite a nice person - especially compared to some on the cobbles.

She's done absolutely nothing unlikeable!! She gave a couple of people trying to meddle in her private life a few home truths & she unwittingly hurt Luke by trying (admittedly rather naively & clumsily) to stay friends with him, but then letting him down to help Caz!!
Misguided & a little thoughtless yes, sums up Maria's worst character traits for most of her existence on the show, but unlikeable, really

Uuuuum. Letting Tyrone think that Kirsty was out to get him, but being the one behind it maybe?
Maria is going to be in Corrie for good. She will probably end up owning the factory, hair dressers and the Rover's return.

I was thinking of more recently than that really
It was awful of Maria to do that to Ty - but I don't think she was being malicious, and may have been having a breakdown or something, sorry I can't remember the details and could be wrong.
During this stint she hasn't done anything bad to anyone - except maybe Eva, and that was a heat of the moment thing.
