All the nonsense about that bloke being at the hotel then turning up at the last minute was so obviously a fix. I hate that they feel the need to do stuff like this. Can't stand the sob stories either. It should be about the voice, not whether your mum/dad/brother/sister/dog died. It's not that I don't sympathise. I do but it's not nessessary.
