I liked his voice, nothing we'd never seen before but I liked it

Love him but I've known ofhim for about 10 years and seem him perform live in Ibiza.
As posted last night, he's already had a well known soulful house track out that gets played regularly.

Still the best this year, despite being an experienced pro

Sharon raved about him at his audition and at bootcamp, and now she's his mentor. I expect him to get through to Judges houses, at least.

If you dont know his track 'Higher Place' check it out. It still sounds amazing after so many years! So many good memories to that song

Yes, I like him too. Really nice voice and doesn't have to strain.

Despite? Probably because of it. He's on XF for the exposure.

He's much better than Ben.

Ben is technically the poorest singer to ever win the show. Even Leon could do a basic vibrato. Ben had a bit of a husky voice but that was it. He was 'looked after' in terms of song choice, staging etc.

Andrea Faustini was head and shoulders above Ben in terms of pure ability. Just check his versions of Listen, Earth Song, Oh Holy Night and Feeling Good on YT and compare it to Ben and you'll see what I mean.

Ben Haenow could outsing Louisa, Leon, Steve, and Sam Bailey to be fair as he at least had a vocal, however limited it might've been.

However the problem with Ben was that he started off with an interesting Rock meets Soul sound in the Room Audition, then he was Pop Rock, and then he became just Pop by the time it got to the lives.

Basically Ben was not the best Rocker that they could find, but Simon definitely brought the worst elements of his vocal out with stuff like Bridge Over Troubled Water, I Will Always Love You etc.

They sent Ben totally down the wrong road musically imo. He would have been so much better as a bluesy soul singer. I remember the suggestions we came up with each week for him but Cowell decided he was this years dad rock act and made him a dated soft pub rocker

I like my Rock Music, and what Ben was doing didn't even grade soft pub rocker like you're saying imo, he was performing Pop songs in a Pop way, the only thing remotely different about him by the end was his vocal being as what you're saying a more Soulful sound.

According to Twitter fans Christopher Peyton is the favourite to win.

Hate this sometimes because this can ruin a person's chance of actually winning the show. So many favourites at the start of each series which came 3rd, 4th, or even 5th in the competition but managed to go on and do better. Ella Henderson being one and dare I say it ID and also Olly Murs who lost out to Joe McIderey.

Christopher does have something and is currently my favourite but I also like
Tom and Laura their voices really compliment each other but will the viewers vote for them. Hope they make it to the lives

Ben had the likeability factor like Olly Murs. There was something likeable about both of them. I actually thought Fleur was going to win that year

I remember Andrea singing O Holy Night it still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up when I hear him sing. Hard song/carol to sing but he nailed it that night.

Tom & Laura would be like Jess & Matt from last years Australian series.

Tom & Laura would start off low in the vote and then work their way up and win the public over more as the numbers got lower and people get fed up of the pets.

I was only going by the fans of twitter that he seems to be currently everyone's favourite but again it could all change.

Caitlin was the favourite after her first audition and she seems to have slipped down to second place. No point speculating until after this weekend anyway but I hope Christopher goes far in the competition - let's get him to JH first and take it from there
