Since the last update to the BT Cloud PC/Apple app the whole thing seems broken and unintuitive.
I used to be able to easily get at my photos and files on my iPhone/iPad now I can't. It seems a mess.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Oh yeah! Can't believe what a mess up they've made! Many long threads on the BT Community forums ....
The upgrade in storage capacity is worthless if the backup don't work. Even after an update it's still crap.

I started using it on my laptop a couple of months ago when One Drive was playing up........but it was so complicated and user-unfriendly that I gave up on it and just deleted it

I wasn't trying to do anything fancy......just save my daily documents and organise them into folders
