Hollyoaks - Duncan James
I love Duncan James. I love Blue and the guy is walking sex on a stick.
But have we finally found someone to usurp Freddie as the current worst Hollyoaks actor? I mean.. just watching him act is painful. And it's just so cringy. I heard he was meant to be the "next best thing" for Hollyoaks but with this acting.. that's not a good thing. Does anyone else agree? |

I disagree funnily enough. I think he's alright.

Your post is quite funny, given that he was in a lot of pain when he started filming at Hollyoaks. The normal man on the street would have signed themselves off sick for months.
But I like him so far he has a bit of charisma. I have no issues with Freddie he wasn't the worst acted roscoe by a long chalk! |

He is atrocious. Zero charisma or screen presence. That's what happens when you essentially cast people who are not really actors. But because he has done a bit of musical theatre, they think he is an actor. Hardly. Theatre shows hire anyone these days.
I had the unfortunate issue of seeing him do the legally blonde musical. Poor Dame Sheridan Smith. Having to act out with that plank. I like to think they gave her the Olivier award for best actress because she was brilliant but i also think they gave her the award for having to work with a talentless non actor for several months. |

I don't think he's as bad as Freddie or Marnie for that matter. He does give off gay vibes though, there was a scene during the point of view week were it seemed like we wanted Warren. But that could be intentional cuz I could see Ryan hooking up with Ste.

Poor actor, befitting of the majority of the show's current crop imo.

I don't see the attraction either and didn't think much of his acting skills from what little I've seen in the POV EPs. The other little cop was better looking imo

What? NOPE. Totally disagree, we've had far worse bunches of actors than the ones currently featured.
