Cathy (or Our Aveline, as our more ancient viewers will know her) is not paying attention to much tonight, and no wonder, what with all that confusion the other night - this hasn't gone unnoticed by poor Roy, who suspects she may have forgotten it's his birthday today ........... anyway, off she goes to see Enormous Nigel, shoves her way into his house and gives him a TON of grief about abandoning poor Alex and only giving him about 8p a week (or something) in maintenance payments however, Enormous Nigel snaps back that she ought to look into exactly where these payments are coming from........

Back at Roy's Rolls, Anna, Alex and Kimono Ken realise that Cathy really HAS forgotten Roy's birthday so they organise a nice party there for him - but when Cathy walks in and is clearly unaware of the occasion, poor Roy has to hide his disappointment........ however, she's no time to stop, as she goes straight upstairs and starts looking at Alex's bank statements she confides later in Yasmeen that there's something strange about the payments........

King Phelan is out and about the cobbles with new best friend Todd Unctious they have lots of nice new shiny brochures full of exciting new build homes, and Todd has received "training" in selling them - however, Todd is none too impressed when Phelan tells him to go and get Alex to buy one not only that, while he's trying to convince Alex, Nosy Vicar Billy pokes his nose in and watches the entire exchange in disgust this puts Todd off, much to The King's displeasure - he reminds Todd that if none of them sell, Jason and Eileen are going to lose their investment.......

Also tonight - Alya's noticed that her dad Sharif and "house guest" Sonia have been flirting, and says so but only in secret to Zeedan and Ravishing Rana - but she cheers up when Hot Aiden says he'd like to start her work project up again........ Cuban Heels Kev gives Freddie some encouragement for his budding romance with Ordreh....... and Chainsaw Mary approaches The Barlow Creature about the job vacancy in her flower shop ...........
