OK we have 10 permanent departures which could rise to 14 or 15 still- I don't think SOC will go beyond that.

2 taking up to a year off to have children and 2 more returning.

If the show ends up losing 14 or 15 characters- it almost certainly means new faces are coming in over the next six months or so but who are your potential castings?

Who can you see joining EE?

Nigel Farage

Maggie Smith and Judi Dench join the show as a long time couple, Freida and Fiona. Previously best known as actresses in the west end, they decide to retire to the lovely and peaceful Albert Square. Freida soon embarks on an affair with Tina, while Fiona has a pregnancy scare following a one night stand with Jack Branning.

Would love some decent casting news soon

I've always thought Roxanne McKee would be great for EE.

Patsy Kensit maybe? People like Laila Rouass, Tamer Hassan, Shaun Parkes, Philip Davis could fit in the show.

Did you sneak Camille in at the end? I don't remember seeing her name earlier. She would be okay.

I like Neil Stuke he just reminds me of Billy.

The rest of them are a definite no from me

Roxane McKee is so distractingly beautiful. She's almost too glamorous for the show.

If we're talking ex Hollyoaks actors, I think Andy Moss would fit like a glove in terms of acting presence.

Phil Davis would be great but unlikely to do it likewise Nick Moran.

Laila Rouass as Darius Kazemi' s wife.

Maybe the cast is being reduced so most cast appear in most episodes removing some of the obviousness of block storytelling.
