Of course the person most against rocks goes home
The shot of Will, Bret and Sunday opening their hand was sickening. I thought Jess would be the one to get the black rock as soon as she started pushing against it, but I was really hoping that it would get Sunday or Will out. Both pointless, I forget they're even there.

What was Adam thinking? Can't believe he fell for their bluff of "we're voting Ken" - yeah, right! Come on!!!

He got outplayed by Sunday. Let me repeat that: He got outplayed by Sunday.

Glad Chris was the first boot over Jessica. No idea why he was so threatened by Jessica - clearly there's so many bigger threats in the game. His play was completely personal.

I find Zeke's alliance totally unlikeable. Was rooting for Jess, Ken and Hannah. Don't like David and Adam's a complete mess (even before he got outplayed by flippin' Sunday).

I can't believe nobody folded at the vote. Can't see any upcoming series going to rocks after the result of that episode; those who feel it in their gut will flashback to watching Jess.

Well that was dramatic. Great episode, it felt like the dynamics changed every 5-10 mins.
I'm fine with losing Chris, sad to lose Jessica, especially because of the unnecessary grudges against her.
Must be heart-breaking to go out like that, but those are the rules. You basically have to be punished for resting on your laurels and not switching votes to save yourself. Plus it only makes the game more unpredictable if these errr 'trust clusters' are all broken up. No-one's getting an easy ride in this.

The 2nd Reward Challenge was hilarious, wriggling in the sand like little worms (or snakes since that's what the puzzle was). I couldn't help but laugh. Allowing people to sit out and get reward or not get reward is probably to build resentment but it never quite catches on.
The 2nd TC was a chaotic mess.
Emotions were very high. Bret and Zeke got a little rude. I think Bret's starting to relax more and letting his less pleasant traits out, like pinning the blame on David while Jessica was leaving.

I hope the season keeps being as great as it has been.

I'm also on David's side, Zeke not that nice and Brett an idiot voting Hannah out over the much bigger threat that Zeke is.

Hannah was an idiot making herself suspicious. David's handicap has been more the people in his alliance than anything, and it looks an uphill struggle now. Need to get Jay onside at least. If it leaks that Will told about the idol that would help.

Also a blind maze, an individual immunity that wasn't yet another strength with balance.

The only really annoying part was Adam, if he's so missing his family why is he there?

I'm loving Hannah. I don't feel too bad for jess, it's a game someone goes every week and she had already been saved once.

This is so much better than the oz one. Are we now going to get two episodes a week?

Zeck was pretty rude and unpleasant, hopefully will go next.

Are Americans liking the theme? That who coming out, they are the pioneers was so boring. He's only 40.

Brett's an idiot, him saying it's an individual game and then just voting in a block.

Hannah I have liked overall, but really you have to lie sometimes. I like the fact she picked David's side but then not being able to lie to Zeke was so pointless, pick a side and stay there.

Normally it's one episode a week, a double bill is like a special exception, could be one at the end (or not) but definitely not every week.

Blimey what a crazy ride.

I am glad Chris got voted out instead of Jess. Chris was a big threat and it was time to get him out asap.

BUT WHAT THE HECK happened in the next hour? Hannah was just a horrible liar and poor Jessica paid the price (I felt for her - she was like a sobbing mess but hey, if I were her I would flip on Hannah)

That snake challenge and the useless IC...well..

I agree Bret is a tool, he should have been smart enough to flip & vote out Zeke, who is a much bigger end game threat.

Hannah is annoying.

Yeah if Hannah had just a little bit of social smarts she could have played up to Zeke that everything was fine and most of the strategy for that 2nd episode would have been different. That long silence was just so awkward.

It's interesting that this season has been very dependent on long-term threesomes - Figgy/Taylor/Jay, Adam/Hannah/Zeke, Bret/Chris/Sunday, David/Ken/Jessica...
Yet the only one where everyone is still remaining in the game is Adam, Hannah and Zeke, yet they voted against eachother last episode.

I get the feeling that Hannah will take Jessica's place as she clearly finds teaming with Ken and David very appealing. But they are at a disadvantage now and Adam is a very erratic player, so it will be fascinating to see how/if they get out of the predicament.
I keep forgetting Adam still has an idol, yet he took the risk of drawing rocks.

Well last week I said I'm getting bored of the predictable tribal councils and wanted to see some gen x vs gen x and wow, this week it totally delivered.

Happy to see Chris go, sad to see Jess go. But to be fair she would have gone weeks ago if it wasn't for David.

Can't STAND Zeke, so unlikeable. In fact the whole of 'Zeke's army" are completely unlikable. Was really hoping either Brett or Sunday pulled the black rock. Really did feel for Jess.

What a bad bad move by David and Adam. I mean how dumb can you be, especially Adam.

Fantastic episode nonetheless!

Worst episode so far.
Hate the family reunions. It's drawn out forever.

After such a dramatic tribal, the first half of the episode was dedicated to the reunion. Farce

Will took centre stage for once and proved he really isn't any good at this game. A goat is the only thing he's good at.

Ken completely lost me this episode with that stupid move. Will didn't flip back but he forced Adam to use his idol and now their alliance have nothing to cover themselves with.

Adam redeemed himself a bit this episode after falling for their obvious bluff last week. I still think David's still got 'winner edit' written all over him.

Still liking this a lot. Zeke going helped.

I like the general honesty at tribal, people say plenty more than at the Australian season. Though Will saying he trusts Jay a lot it shows his confusing game plan, as he had revealed his idol to Zeke. I suppose he's just backtracked now. The alliance or battle between Will and Jay could still prove vital in this game.

Also happy enough to see Ken get called out for all his stuff about how morally great he is. I've never been a fan of him really. Somehow despite some ridiculous moves that side are still well in this.

Even here it turned out Will voted Zeke anyway, though with how the vote was revealed maybe it wasn't clear how he did vote to those there? So it turned out another idol was played when not necessary but that may not have been evident to anyone there except Will. Not that good a result for him if he wants to take credit for the move.

Only particularly weak thing in the episode was the 'reward in the form of love' lol. I skipped over all the preamble to the challenge, though the challenge itself was ok. And at the start the edit seemed to signal Zeke was going by a very overconfident confessional from him.

They certainly overdosed on the emotion, but since I like this group I was okay with it. Don't know why the family members have to run the way they do, they look like horses released from their shackles. Can't they just walk or are they too excited to see their loved one but aren't really used to running. lol

Adam played pretty good here, Ken on the otherhand is turning a bit Coach-like. Telling people how noble he is and pressuring them to be noble too, when all they really want to do is play the game. He was so weirdly mad that he was being targeted.

David vs Zeke was an interesting battle of the 'geeks' but I'm glad that we can move on to other dynamics now and it's really not clear at all who will go next.

Really loving this season, if it ends just as great it may be in my top 5 seasons ever. I like how human these players are.

There goes the idol of Adam. Awwwww but Will actually flipped so the idol was wasted.

I actually liked the love reunion challenge. Definitely made me emotional watching

So happy with the result this week. Couldn't stand Zeke. Hoping either Brett or Sunday go next, both dull and just annoying. Crazy to think I'm now rooting for both Adam & Hannah when I couldn't stand either of them at the beginning.

Will and Sunday both gone in the same episode? What a bloody result! Absolute madness (what were they thinking?), but brilliant.

Think it was the right move for Adam and Hannah to keep David over Will. They needed to keep the numbers and they could trust David and Ken going into the next vote.

Sunday over anyone else, though? Stupid.

I understand where Hannah's coming from about her being a goat, but you're sure to beat her. David, Adam, Jay... they all have strong cases to win and what good is being in the final three if you cannot beat the people you're sat next to? Bad end game move for her, I think
It's most likely secured her spot in the final three but she needs to get rid of Adam, David and Jay in these last three eliminations now - basically, she needs a miracle.

Well played, Hannah...

I suppose Hannah thought the likelihood of her and Sunday being left at the end was very small (they aren't good in comps), seemed early to make the move though.

Brett might have been a better move at this point, I doubt she trusts him much either. She does trust David more than most others which is why she wanted to keep him.

Adam going on about his personal story surely makes him even more a target, he would use that before the jury.

No wonder why there were 2 eliminations tonight. Both castaways with the weakest edit gone.

Thank God Will was eliminated. Cannot stand an extra minute of him on my screen.
Sunday LOL I don't think she had a confession this week. She is a nice woman but wow she is just an awful player - she couldn't even bullshit her way playing down the threat of her being in Final 3.

It's on CBS in the US.

For those of us from other countries it's just a case of finding any link you can.

It was great how they covered the Will and Sunday boots in the same episode. Might not have been the most groundbreaking moves but it makes the final so much more exciting as there's so many popular players left. David, Adam, Ken and Jay all have their fans, Hannah has her fair share too........and Bret will have a couple I guess.

For Hannah I think it was partly about wanting to be the last female, plus I wouldn't blame her for being a little nervous about Adam maybe playing too hard, so she just wanted to play it safe. She is pretty much guaranteed final 3 now, but whether she'll have much to say to a jury is another question.
Not the best episode for Jay, he lost Will and his idol, but he's still there so is still defying the odds.

I thought both challenges were great. I thought perhaps a good strategy for the pinball puzzle one was to actually let the ball drop a couple of times so that you could stand there and analyse the puzzle, rather than be in a constant rush with one eye on the pieces and the other eye on the ball. Easy to say as a couch potato viewer though.

Finale here we come, so many options to win, also there's Ken's legacy advantage reveal.

What I didn't like about the challenge was Adam helping Ken, it's meant to be an individual challenge where someone has a chance even without allies. It reminded me of a redemption island season when Ozzie was targeted on a puzzle challenge. Better to have puzzles where they can't see each others, maybe have some board separating them and enforce a non-co-operation rule.

It definitely wasn't the first. Was it in S31 or S32 where one player won IC because of the hinting from his allies so that the lone wolf didn't win?

There was also Laura Morett helping Tina beat Vytas in their redemption island challenge which made Vytas very bitter.
I guess the producers don't mind it because it is a form of strategy.

I thought it was very dangerous for Adam though, he managed to annoy Jay with it. Though Adam managed to smooth things over with Jay later on, but things like that still put an unnecessary spotlight on you where people start questioning your motives.
