Jumping the gun and going straight in.

Saving Ore. Sod off Naga.

That gives Ore at two-vote lead as we await Queenie's vote which could make it a clean sweep...

STUART, who are you saving tonight?

Would you look at that, it's a bottom two comprised of Mrs Miserable and Mr Fake! Can we boot both of them off, please? No? Oh.

In that case I'll have to save Ore. Even though he's as fake as Katie Price's titties I suppose he was the better dancer on the night.

I'm saving Ore and Joanne.

A full judging panel! Thanks guys.

That does of course mean that Ore and Joanne absolutely storm the bottom-two vote meaning that tonight we lose...

NAGA MUNCHETTY & PASHA KOVALEV

I'll be honest and admit I wish this had been the outcome on the actual show. At least the others look like they're enjoying it/get on.

Strictly Average – 23.7
Our Way Average – 20.0
Our Way Vote Average – 2.81%

Oh I'm not going to disagree based on last night. He made most of the routine up on the spot, for goodness sake!

His Samba was infinitely better than Widdy's effort though.

Utterly abysmal last night!

As a dance his Samba was better, but at least Widdy did the right moves albeit ironically and without any style! Ed just flounces around like the world's camp eat magician's assistant!

Well done for making it over here through the rubble left by FANWARZ 2016 Edition.

The last seven days of Strictly have had their fair share of talking points with just about every tabloid tagline thrown at the show. Things have been a bit more settled here as Naga and Pasha would have been your couple to leave last weekend, and we don’t run during the week for the Will story to unfold. Having seen the mudslinging going on out there though, I think that topic has been covered more than enough.

Our judges this weekend are…

Ash (ADMR)
Jamie (DingDong08)
Luke (StigOfTheKrump)
Nick (winter99)

The first couple for them to pick over was Greg and Natalie…

Greg Rutherford and Natalie Lowe dancing the Salsa to ‘Wrapped Up’ (Olly Murs)

Craig – 7
Darcey – 7
Len – 7
Bruno – 7
Total: 28

Did that routine have the judges wrapped around Greg’s finger?

Ash – 6
Jamie – 6
Luke – 6
Nick – 7
Total: 25

Luke:
What is it with series and lifts nearly destroying people's chances (of ever being able to use their limbs again)? First Melvin's Fawlty Towers Tango, then Anastacia and literally everything that ensued, and now you and your wrist. Your actual Salsa was a little, in the words of Len, sticky in the footwork. Y'know, like candy floss. But what made up for it - nearly - was the entertainment value (by which I mean excessive shimmies) and the aforementioned lifts, during which I'm fairly sure I noticed Natalie picking cobwebs off the ceiling. What a talented woman. Anyway... yes. Not great, but nice bum. I mean, nice try. #Ringer4Nat2k17

It seems the judges weren’t experiencing similar feelings to Natalie meeting Olly Murs…

THREE MARKS FEWER

Next to take to the floor were Laura and Giovanni…
IzzieStar
16-10-2016
Laura Whitmore and Giovanni Pernice dancing the Quickstep to ‘The Ballroom Blitz’ (The Sweet)

Craig – 8
Darcey – 8
Len – 8
Bruno – 9
Total: 33

Was that sweet little routine for our judges?
IzzieStar
16-10-2016
Ash – 7
Jamie – 7
Luke – 8
Nick – 8
Total: 30

Ash:
Not a bad dance at all. But I wasn't blown away either. Terrible song but that's not your fault. But I don't think that worked to your favour and I think maybe you over compensated on your head position.

It seems our judges aren’t quite so excitable as Bruno when it comes to Laura…

THREE MARKS FEWER

With the first Rumba of the series, it’s Anastacia and Brendan…
IzzieStar
16-10-2016
Anastacia and Brendan Cole dancing the Rumba to ‘The Way We Were’ (Barbra Streisand)

Craig – 6
Darcey – 7
Len – 7
Bruno – 7
Total: 27

Did that dance give our judges plenty of misty water-coloured memories?
IzzieStar
16-10-2016
Ash – 6
Jamie – 7
Luke – 7
Nick – 7
Total: 27

Luke:
As someone who, four years ago, published a little tale on here in which well-known pop star Anastacia and well-known pop star-hater Brendan Cole won Strictly Come Dancing by dancing to a Barbra Streisand song (a series in which one of the better dances was a Charleston to Won't You Charleston With Me from The Boy Friend), no, I am not feeling at all smug right now. Anyway, that has nothing to do with how you danced, and more to do with my ever-inflating ego. This was nice! The fact that your X Factor-style best bits were flashing on the screen as you danced was a little distracting, you could have done a little more with your free arm and been slightly more fluid between moves, but it was a pleasant little number, and your lines were gawjus. Overall, I'd say it was your best dance yet, however much I enjoyed you writhing on a table top to Labelle. Just don't break anything else. For god's sake, don't break anything else.

Just a little note here about Luke’s beautiful commitment to commentary…

MATCH THEIR SCORE

With the first of two Foxtrots were Claudia and AJ…
IzzieStar
16-10-2016
Claudia Fragapane and AJ Pritchard dancing the Foxtrot to ‘I Really Like You’ (Carly Rae Jepson)

Craig – 6
Darcey – 8

Bruno – 8

Did our judges really, really…you can see where this is going…
IzzieStar
16-10-2016
Ash – 7
Jamie – 8
Luke – 7
Nick – 8
Total: 30

Ash:
I like you a lot and I loved your posture. But what an awful song and theme for a foxtrot. It didn't draw me in.

They’ve gone a slightly different way about it, but it’s the same outcome…

MATCH THEIR SCORE

Bringing an entirely different flavour to the dance floor, Ed and Katya…

I was debating rather long over two scores in particular, then I just gave up in order to maintain my sanity and gave them both the same. You'll probably know who they are when it gets to them.
IzzieStar
16-10-2016
Ed Balls and Katya Jones dancing the Paso Doble to ‘Holding Out For a Hero’ (Bonnie Tyler)

Craig – 2
Darcey – 5
Len – 5
Bruno – 4
Total: 16

Fair play to him for making approximately 2/3 of that routine up on the spot, I guess…
