Ore and Joanne – Our Way
Danny – 6
Jess – 8 John – 8 Wally – 9 Total: 31 John: There just seemed something missing tonight I don't know what but it didn't come upto scratch and I think your in trouble this week, balance issues, and no wow factor isn't acceptable, were approaching the finals. Another considerable drop as Ore and Joanne receive… SEVEN MARKS FEWER Onto our next couple, Louise and Kevin… |

Craig – 9 Darcey – 9 Len – 10 Bruno – 10 Total: 38 Was that Paso Doble explosive enough for our judges though? |

Louise and Kevin – Our Way
Danny – 6
Jess – 10 John – 9 Wally – 9 Total: 34 Danny: You had a face of a melted waxwork throughout, there was decidedly little Paso. Whilst what content there was was very good, it was a completely bland performance, and Emma Bunton did the song more justice! Danny finally wielding his revenge in the Decisions: All Stars warz there ….FOUR MARKS FEWER Our final frontrunner couple, Danny and Oti… |

Danny Mac and Oti Mabuse dancing the Charleston to ‘Puttin’ on the Ritz’ (Gregory Porter)
Craig – 10 Darcey – 10 Len – 10 Bruno – 10 Total: 40 That is the earliest perfect score we’ve had for a looonng time. Possibly ever, depending on how you correlate the series. Do our judges agree? |

Danny and Oti – Our Way
Danny – 9
Jess – 9 John – 10 Wally – 10 Total: 38 Jess: The music choice for this routine really let it down I think. Danny never quite seems to reach his full potential and never quite produces the brilliant routines that he's clearly quite capable of. Still thoroughly enjoyable but not quite a perfect 10. Probably not entirely realistic to hope for the double here… TWO MARKS FEWER Onto the first of three ‘underdogs’, Ed and Katya… |

Ed Balls and Katya Jones dancing the Jive to ‘Great Balls of Fire’ (Jerry Lee Lewis)
Craig – 4 Darcey – 6 Len – 7 Bruno – 6 Total: 23 Following that, do our judges want to love Ed like a lover should? |

Ed and Katya – Our Way
Danny – 3
Jess – 6 John – 4 Wally – 6 Total: 19 Danny: Until the last 10 seconds I'd seen coffins with more bounce, and quite frankly I could have done without 10 seconds of Ed Balls bouncing in my life. Cheesey, hopeless, please God be a final bow because I'd rather be shot than watch that again! Clearly, Daniel is unfamiliar with the format of the show or he would realise that Ed bowing out would, in fact, guarantee we’d have to watch it again… FOUR MARKS FEWER Last week’s bottom-two survivors, Greg and Natalie… |

Greg Rutherford and Natalie Lowe dancing the Jive to ‘Born to Hand Jive’ (Sha-Na-Na)
Craig – 8 Darcey – 8 Len – 8 Bruno – 8 Total: 32 This brings back fond memories of the days when forum members would be marked down in games for including the dance in their song. Would this even count? |

Greg and Natalie – Our Way
Danny – 8
Jess – 7 John – 7 Wally – 8 Total: 30 Jess: A really enjoyable performance and I love this couple, however, Greg's not the best performer technically and that mistimed jette could rival Pixie Lott's same faux pas. Not too much difference to see here, considering the rest of the dances… TWO MARKS FEWER Finally, Robert and Oksana… |

Robert Rinder and Oksana Platero dancing the Salsa to ‘Spice Up Your Life’ (Spice Girls)
Craig – 8 Darcey – 9 Len – 8 Bruno – 8 Total: 33 Following in the footsteps of icons Mark Foster and Julien Macdonald (and Chelsee Healey, but she was actually capable). What an honour… |

Robert and Oksana – Our Way
Danny – 5
Jess – 5 John – 8 Wally – 8 Total: 26 Wally: First off, I’m sooo glad that there is a Salsa that isn’t danced to Disco music because that was becoming just too much lately. The opening flip with the back-up dancers did look awkward and weird though. But thankfully that did ruin the dance as a whole as I thought you captured the mood, feel and joy of the Salsa, Judge Rinder. I thought you did well with the partnering and arm-orgraphy. LOL your booty shaking solo was hilarious but you know, you were having lots of fun and living it up. You did really well with that one holding up lift of Oksana there. I do think some of your hip action didn’t look on the proper Salsa figure 8 fashion but still some of it looked good. Also you did get a little too over-excited which sacrificed a bit of technique. All in all it was fun and a great way to close the show. A fair old split among the panel means… SEVEN MARKS FEWER |

Not too much moving around, but not a single couple was able to match or better their score. That's Blackpool for you, I guess. LINES HAVE NOW OPENED Please rank the couples 1-7 (1 for least favourite, 7 for favourite) and PM those to me for 8pm tomorrow. See you then.

Another great show, as for Louise, I am afraid, I may have to agree with Danny, for me, it was too hectic, I couldn't see what was going on, and she looked like she was SMILING during the routine. In what universe should you smile in a Paso Doble?!

I thought Greg's Born to Hand Jive was a quickstep?

Thank you. Glad you finally found us to get the chance to judge!
![]() It clearly was a Quickstep. I made a typo, probably due to the song title. ![]() Don't worry about it.

Round Nine Results
LINES HAVE NOW CLOSED Due to Izzie being ridden with the lergie she has supplied me with all the details for tonight's results and asked for me to deliver them to you. As we saw last night, one of only two remaining females ended up in the dance off in the form of Claudia Fragapane & AJ Pritchard who managed to survive the dance off against Greg Rutherford & Natalie Lowe after they found themselves there for the second week running. It did unfortunately spell the end for Greg & Natalie as they left the competition at Blackpool. But did this forum agree? Will the bottom two differ from the actual show? Or will Ed Balls & Katya Jones find themselves in the firing line once again? The first couple through, topping the vote with 18.24%, is… |

GREG RUTHERFORD & NATALIE LOWE!
Not a complete shock seeing as they have topped the vote before but after being eliminated on the BBC show they have topped the vote on Our Way meaning we will definitely be having a different bottom two and a different elimination outcome. Also safely through with barely more than half a percentage difference to our vote toppers , with 17.59% are... |

CLAUDIA FRAGAPANE & AJ PRITCHARD!
Well done to them also for avoiding the bottom two. Meaning this forum definitely didn't agree with last nights outcome. At the bottom of the scale now and in tonights Our Way bottom two, with 9.77% and the fewest votes, are… |
