I gave her another 8 this week because I thought despite the injury the routine was brilliant& Lesley got a 2 cos it was like Anton dancing with a Trouser presser from the 1930s

Yes, but it's about how well the contestants dance, not the routine

I'm currently down two sets of marks and one of the judges hasn't been online since Monday, so if anybody would like to judge last night's dances either state below or send me a PM.

My scores are in, if they're not too late! My Dad was visiting last night, so only just finished watching.

Week Two
Strap in for the long haul, because it’s out longest show of the series…
Last weekend the fifteen Strictly couples danced for the very first time. That was before a time of Ed Balls in skin-tight jeans strumming his banjo though, and tonight’s dances could have made all the difference to what you (and the public) think of the fifteen couples. The foursome who will be picking over tonight’s dances are: Lewis (lewismacf) Nicolas (NicPlays) Queenie (dancing.queen) Ross (Monsieur23) Kicking off tonight’s show were Ore and Joanne… |

Craig – 6 Darcey – 7 Len – 7 Bruno – 7 Total: 27 Was that routine sizzling enough for our judges? |

Ore and Joanne – Our Way
Lewis – 8
Nicolas – 5 Queenie – 5 Ross – 6 Total: 24 Queenie: Well, it was nice of Joanne to put herself front and center in this routine! She can dance - we know that, she's a professional - and you're not that bad when you actually get to perform real Cha-Cha content. PS. don't open your mouth next week cos you're quite annoying xx Something tells me that Queenie didn’t donate her free votes to this couple… THREE MARKS FEWER Looking to bounce back from hacking Len off, it’s Claudia and AJ… |

Claudia and AJ – Our Way
Lewis – 9
Nicolas – 5 Queenie – 7 Ross – 7 Total: 28 Ross: ...better than last week, and a step in all the right directions! This week I genuinely felt you danced, rather than performed steps, and your footwork was extremely clean with good flow. Just watch your shoulders at times; I know there's a height difference but your neck looked a bit stumpy at times, and as a gymnast I know for a certain you can extend it next time. Quite a range of scores going on there, with Ross and Queenie meeting in the middle ground… TWO MARKS FEWER Will and Karen are our next couple up for comparison… |

Will Young and Karen Clifton dancing the Jive to ‘Rock Around the Clock’ (Bill Haley & His Comets)
Craig – 5 Darcey – 7 Len – 8 Bruno – 7 Total: 27 Craig really wasn’t having any of those suggestions he was going soft in his desperate grasp to be head judge, was he? |

Will and Karen – Our Way
Lewis – 7
Nicolas – 6 Queenie – 6 Ross – 7 Total: 26 Nicolas: Erm, it was a bit of a disappointment. You've got the basics pretty well but you kept making several mistakes which will cost you points. In the absence of a five (despite the absence of the eight), it’s just the minimal difference of… ONE MARK LESS With their first Anton-comedy-Latin of the series, we have Lesley and Anton… |

Lesley and Anton – Our Way
Lewis – 7
Nicolas – 5 Queenie – 6 Ross – 7 Total: 25 Ross: I'm so happy that you were as good at Latin as I thought you'd be! Don't get me wrong; there's improvement to be made, and it was a bit wild, but it was well acted, dramatic, and I award you the Felicity Kendal Memorial "SO BENDY" award for those dips. It seems Anton’s trousers weren’t the recipe for success for Nicholas, meaning… ONE MARK LESS Looking to Tango into next week, it’s Greg and Natalie… |

Greg and Natalie – Our Way
Lewis – 9
Nicolas – 7 Queenie – 7 Ross – 5 Total: 28 Nicolas: Hideous song choice. Who on this crazy weird society on the planet earth would pick Jump for a Tango? Anyway, you did pretty well, but you need to stop sticking your bottom out. I'm sure the ladies love it, me not so much. But otherwise pretty good. Do not underestimate the power of the Rutherford rear… TWO MARKS MORE Tameka and Gorka have the honour of bringing us the first Charleston of the series… |

Tameka Empson and Gorka Márquez dancing the Charleston to ‘Yes Sir, That’s My Baby’ (Firehouse Five Plus Two)
Craig – 7 Darcey – 7 Len – 7 Bruno – 8 Total: 29 Did that have our judges shouting ‘yes’ at their TV screens? |

Tameka and Gorka – Our Way
Lewis – 8
Nicolas – 5 Queenie – 7 Ross – 5 Total: 25 Ross: Ah, it happens every year, the dance I just completely disagree with the judges on technically. Craig commended you on your swivel... no? I mean you had about the same as Ed, who got dinged for his. Also the pull-under move went quite awry, but I will say that you recovered extremely well. Like last week, I feel you danced with your personality more than your body, and I'd like to see more technique from you, as, based on the launch show, you can do it. A smidgeon of a split between the panel leaves Tameka and Gorka with… FOUR MARKS FEWER Next up, it’s Laura and Giovanni… |
