I agree with all the above comments. I didn't listen to Miranda thank goodness otherwise I would have been fuming It was Dan's comments that I heard and on the one hand he was saying his house are backing Louise (the other big ringer with training) but then making a thing about Danny's (so called) dancing background!

Anyway enough about them! Onto tonight. Sending good vibes to Danny & Oti for the Samba and Cha Cha challenge. The Cha Cha will be interesting as none of the couples will know the music until tonight, which would have made for a strange rehearsal in the studio if true!?

Hi folks - just popping in to say that when Danny and Oti perform their samba tonight imagine them both barefoot and Danny wearing just a rather fetching loincloth and that they are in the Amazon rain forest - because this routine is going to be epic.......

Loved how different that was (sorry any purists), I know very little about Samba so not qualified to say how good it was, or not.
I'm happy to say it 'felt' good while watching it and I can't ask for more than that

Not usually one of my favourite dances, but their Samba was brilliant and so worth the 40!

Just popping in to say well done Danny and Oti and WOW!!! What an amazing piece of choreography from Oti and brilliantly performed by both of them.

For me that has to be in my top 5 best routines ever (and I've been watching from Series 1).

Amazing, the tribal themed Samba was a risk that paid off. So happy for them both, especially Oti.

Wow. Wow. Wow. What a samba. I've only loved two sambas on Strictly (Mark Ramprakash and Matt Baker) but that blew them out of the water. Stunning choreography, a fantastic performance from Danny and absolutely incredible to watch. That might just be one of my favourite dances in Strictly history.

That was amazing, I was worried it wouldn't be as good as I hoped but it was and more. I also loved the groups reaction when they went upstairs. And Bruno was hilarious!

It's always Len's reaction I wait to see more than the others knowing Latin is not his favoured dance style and he surprised me tonight as it was a different style of Samba, and with their AT.

I don't feel it was ever a risk, they just danced the type of Samba that competitors dance - it was that good, Fabulous rhythmic dancing from Danny with superb isolation. It was an authentic Samba with many recognisable groups with many different timings that are an essential part of Samba.
