I think he was the main surprise package - most of the others did whereabouts i would have expected or worse but he came on with an amazing energy, great fun and actually some rhythm! Needs to sort his mouth and one of his hands out (seemed a bit limp at times!) but i find him to be one i am really looking forward to seeing what he can do going forward.

You need to check your facts before making such sweeping statements.

He has won two Brit Awards, an Ivor Novello Award, A National Board of Review Award for Best Acting by an ensemble in Mrs Henderson Presents. He was also Nominated for an Olivier Award for Cabaret..

I've got a recording of Mrs Henderson Presents, I thought he was very good in that.

I mean producers signed him up thinking he will fill the Russell Grant role.

Many casual viewers and the judges did not expect much.

marking was way off in a lot of cases, i thought. has craig told to be nicer and len and bruno to be harsher???

i think mostly everyone has a lot of potential and thiis is probably the best series yet for actual talent and likeability.”

Agree completely. Craig has NEVER given so many 8 s in week 1 in the history of Strictly. I was stunned. The standard was very high, but still. What is going on?

Looking forward to this season, some excellent dancers. I am guessing the best have had dance experience but still, a joy to watch. Even Ed Balls wasn't so bad...
